Update: Egyptian President, Honsi Mubarak, Will Not Run For A New Term

As the turmoil in Egypt continues, President Honsi Mubarak is trying to calm the storm. Today Mubarak reveals that he will not run for President again when his term ends in September. Many believe that the promise of a new President will help tame the protestors and put and end to the riots in Egypt. Unfortunately, the relentless protestors vow to not give up until Mubarak is out of the country. Despite the negative response from protestors, Mubarak will complete his term and will hand over his title to his successor in a civilized manner. Will Mubarak be able to regain power and maintain a civil country until September? Only time will tell, as new developments in Egypt occur every day.

Listen to President Mubarak's speech for yourself and feel free to share your opinions on the situation. Also, click here to see the how the protestors reacted to the announcement.

Do you think the President made the right decision? Do you think he will be able to maintain power until September. What do you think of the protestors reaction to Mubarak's announcement? Do you think they will let up knowing his term will soon be over? Let me know your thoughts and concerns.
